Prospective authors should prepare their Workshop papers by following the guidelines for the IEEE ICME 2011 conference papers and use the CMT online submission system to submit their papers by March 7, 2011 (extended). Detailed information including author’s guidelines, paper templates, and step-by-step instructions for using the online submission system can be found on the main ICME website under Author Guidelines. Prospective authors must select the correct subject area (Multimedia-Aware Networking) under the Workshops track when creating a new submission.
WoMAN 2011 has adopted the double-blind review policy, which means that authors do not know the names of the reviewers of their papers, and reviewers do not know the names of the authors. Please read Section 2 of the example paper for detailed instructions on how to preserve anonymity. Information that may identify the authors in the acknowledgments (e.g., co-workers and grant IDs) and in the supplemental material (e.g., titles in the movies, or attached papers) should be avoided. Please also remember to avoid providing links to websites that identify the authors.
